I ship via USPS Ground Advantage, (USPS replaced First Class Mail and Parcel Select with this new service). If you need your order faster, please upgrade your order to PRIORITY MAIL at check-out.

USPS transit times are as follows:

USPS - Ground Advantage (US Orders):
2-5 business days shipping transit time

USPS - Priority (US Orders):
2-3 business days shipping transit time

USPS First Class International Mail (Canada):
1-2 weeks shipping transit time

USPS First Class International Mail:
1-4 weeks or longer - shipping transit time - depending on the country

Please keep in mind that this is an estimate by USPS and it is not guaranteed.

It can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks (or longer) for you to receive your order. I am not responsible for missing or delayed packages. Custom Fees and Charges are not included in your Etsy purchase or shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for these fees charged by your home country. Customs Fees and Policies vary from country. The custom fees and charges are determined by your country. Custom Policies vary from Country to Country so if you have any questions regarding any charges you are responsible for upon delivery, please check with your local postal service for import rules and regulations.

US ORDERS:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns will be for the original purchase price of the item only (no refunds on shipping).

If any items are returned to me due to a incorrect or un-deliverable address, I will contact you. If you would like to have the package reshipped or to a different address, buyer is responsible for return shipping. If these is no response from the buyer a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item only (no refunds on shipping).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!

1. The best way to prevent tarnishing is to store clean, dry sterling silver in a dry airtight container, like a ziplock bag.

2. An anti-tarnish strip added in with the sterling silver jewelry in a ziplock bag will help fight against tarnish.

3. Don’t leave silver jewelry in the bathroom. Humidity can speed up the oxidation process that produces tarnish.

4. Minimize sterling silver’s contact to chemicals (hairspray, perfume, body lotion, bleach, etc.) and do not wear it in the shower, swimming pool or hot tub.

5. After taking off silver jewelry, clean it with a dry soft cloth before putting it back into an airtight container.
