5 out of 5 starsThis is such a beautiful tree, I was thrown for a slight loop when it arrived because it didn't look like the picture, but when I reached out he was very kind about it and explained to me that he trimmed it back to refine it more, everything on his end was done perfectly and I couldn't have asked for a better tree, the only downside is that FedEx flipped the box around about 30 times and it lost a fair amount of soil and the roots separated from the soil a bit

5 out of 5 starsI actually purchased one bonsai and then added two more for gifts. The quality of the bonsais are fantastic and the pricing is very good. I plan to purchase another one for my collection and now I know where to go in the future for all my bonsai needs.

He had a new tree out to me within a week. I appreciate his honesty and his effort to make things right. I would buy from Kenny again.
