• Most of our tees/sweatshirts are unisex sized and we typically suggest ordering your regular size (for women) as it will likely result in a relaxed fitting shirt (regular fit). If you are in-between sizes or prefer a more form fitting shirt, consider sizing down a size. If you prefer a very oversized fit, consider sizing up 1-3 sizes.

• All sizing information (including measurements) is provided in the listing images and is given to us by the manufacturer. Discrepancies anywhere from 0.5 to 1.5 inches when the garment is laying flat are acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.

• Please carefully review these measurements and compare to one of your favourite shirts that you currently own to determine your size.

• Please keep in mind, the estimated delivery timeframe generated by the system does not account for any understaffing issues experienced by the courier or delays due to increased holiday volume.

• When your order leaves our facilities, it is then in the hands of the courier and therefore we cannot offer a guarantee that it will arrive in time for when it is needed.

• We are not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by the courier and urge customers to order as early as possible to avoid any potential delays.

Yes, most items can be return/exchange EXCEPT for custom orders. Please reach out to us to start the return/exchange process. The buyer will be responsible for shipping back return/exchange. Return/exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery with original packaging and in pristine condition. Items ship back without original packaging and not in pristine condition will not be eligible for return/exchange.

There will be a £5-$5 shipping fee to re-ship the package.

• If an order's tracking information shows delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact your local delivery/courier for further delivery information and to find out how to use the GPS of the tracking number.

• We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to us incorrectly, and do not refund for items that are returned to sender. We can, however, offer to reship the item(s) at your expense if it is returned (this typically takes several weeks).

• If an order is lost in transit, we do replace the items.
In non peak seasons, an order is not considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement on the tracking info (domestic shipping) and 30 business days (to all other destinations).

• We use Direct-to-Garment professional printing for all of our apparel and don't use cheaper iron on decals and/or vinyl.
This top of the line printing process uses eco-friendly inks and are made to last.

• To extend the life of your tee and keep it looking great, please turn the shirt inside out and wash on cold, then hang dry if possible. Do not iron directly on the design itself or use bleach.
