星 5 個のうち 1 個Seller is a scammer. Never buy from this “business.” They just want money. Refusing refund even after it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. This item is clearly listed as a Google Sheets Template, which requires internet access and a Google account to use. It doesn’t work in Excel, and this is explained throughout the product description, listing images, and the included PDF download instructions, which specify that it is a Google Sheets Template — not an Excel file. Since this is a digital download that has already been accessed, refunds aren’t possible according to Etsy’s digital product policy. I always encourage buyers to review the full description before purchasing, and I’m always happy to assist with setup questions or clarifications.
