How long will it take to prepare my order?
Each piece is thoughtfully made with care and attention to detail. Processing times may vary depending on the item and level of personalization. Please refer to the estimated timeline on each listing, and feel free to message us if you need your order by a specific date.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our items, returns and exchanges may not be accepted unless your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the item. If something is not right, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always here to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may already begin preparing or creating your item, especially for personalized orders, so cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, absolutely. If your order is a gift, you may include a gift message at checkout, and we’ll make sure it is included with care.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to present each item as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or placement may occur due to screen settings and the handmade or personalized nature of our pieces. These small differences are part of what makes each order unique.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll carefully review the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your order sooner than the estimated processing time, please message us before purchasing. We’ll be happy to let you know whether a rush option is available.
Do you ship internationally?
