よくある質問
🛍️Returns Policy
At DualControl Shop, all of our items are custom-made to order, which means we’re unable to accept general returns. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us! If your item arrives with any manufacturing defects or shipping damage, just send us a message with a few clear photos, and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
❌Cancellations
Need to cancel or make changes to your order? We totally understand! If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel or adjust it for you. Since production often begins within 4 hours, please reach out to us as soon as possible for any changes.
Wholesale availability
Interested in placing a bulk order? We offer special pricing for larger quantities — feel free to message us and let’s work something out!
💔Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us on Etsy with photos of the issue. We’ll file a claim and send you a replacement or issue a refund right away. We’ve got you covered!
🏠 Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an item is lost due to an incorrect address, we’re unfortunately unable to refund or replace it. However, if the package is returned to us, we’ll offer you a discount on your reorder, and you can easily repurchase it using our reshipping card.
📏 Sizing Details
Check out our size guide in the product images before placing your order. Because our items are custom-made, there may be a slight variation (up to 1 inch) — this is totally normal and shouldn’t affect the overall fit.
🎁 Gift Wrapping & Packaging
All of our packages are shipped without pricing information, making them perfect for gifts! You can also add a personalized gift message during checkout.
