RETURNS
1.We do not change address for shipped packages.
2.We notify about returns were returned due to our fault. We full refund or resend the order at our own expense, after agreement with buyer.
3.We do not notify about returns were returned with the mark "unclaimed", or "incorrect address" due to buyer fault. We do not refund shipping cost for such parcels. Re-shipment only after shipping re-payment.
Parcels will be kept for six months.
4.Return is possible at our expense only if item damaged in transit and you provided photo or video clearly showing defects or damages; and contacted me within 48 hours after receiving, and sent item back to me within 7 days from receipt. In any other cases the return of item is possible at buyer expense only
