8 Bit Beginings
Desde que realmente descubrí el maquillaje he estado enamorado. Sabía que cuando pensaba en carreras en lugar de trabajos, quería hacer algo relacionado con el maquillaje. Probé muchos puntos de venta diferentes antes de crear 8 Bit. Traté de ser maquilladora... mis manos no estaban lo suficientemente firmes para eso. Intenté ser una bloguera de belleza, pero honestamente no soy una escritora lo suficientemente buena como para que esa pague las cuentas. Cuando decidí crear mi propia marca, me sentí un poco como Ricitos de Oro. Cada uno satisfizo mi amor por el maquillaje, pero no podía verme envejeciendo y feliz en esa elección de carrera.
Crear mi propia marca ha sido la mejor decisión de mi vida. Puedo elegir lo que entra en mi maquillaje, lo que significa que controlo la pigmentación y todo lo demás. Debido a años de desperdiciar mi dinero en maquillaje que parecía un sueño y se aplicaba como una pesadilla, tengo estándares bastante altos para mi marca.
Por mucho que me guste la parte de creación de este trabajo, creo que mi parte favorita tendría que ser leer los comentarios de los clientes. Todavía no he recibido ningún comentario negativo (espero que siga siendo así). Leer todos los comentarios positivos y sobre todos los clientes satisfechos me hace sentir increíble. Ver tantos clientes felices es realmente mi motivador número uno.
Ever since i really discovered make up i have been in love. I knew that when thinking about careers instead of jobs i wanted to do something make up related. I tried so many different outlets before creating 8 Bit. I tried to be a make up artist...my hands weren't steady enough for that. I tried being a beauty blogger but honestly i'm not a good enough writer for that one to pay the bills. By the time i settled on creating my own brand i felt a little like Goldilocks. Each one satisfied my love for make up but i couldn't see myself growing old and happy in that career choice.
Creating my own brand has been the best decision of my life. I get to choose what goes into my make up which means i control the pigmentation and everything else. Due to years of wasting my money on make up that looked like a dream and applied like a nightmare i have fairly high standards for my brand.
As much as i love the creating portion of this job i think my favorite part would have to be reading customer feedback. I've yet to receive any negative feedback (hope it stays that way.) Reading all the positive comments and about all the happy customers makes me feel amazing. Seeing so many happy customers is really my number one motivator.
