1. Right of Withdrawal (Mandatory Section)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elite Printing, email: [your email address]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
the supply of goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly;
the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

1. General
These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through Elite Printing on Etsy. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
All prints are made-to-order on premium 200gsm matte archival paper using high-quality giclée printing. Products are sold exactly as shown in the listing images and descriptions — no personalisation, custom text, colour changes or modifications are offered.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Etsy at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the listing.
4. Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders (no minimum).
International shipping available at checkout (rates vary by location and size).
Production time: 1–3 working days.
UK delivery: 3–7 working days after production.
International: 7–21 working days depending on location.
Tracking provided once shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds
See our separate Returns & Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal policies for full details. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only for faulty items or non-delivery. Custom or personalised items (if offered) are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of Elite Printing. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell our artwork without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
