I used to be the most basic of bathers (water + Ivory Soap), and then I found the world of Epsom Salts.
I stumbled upon them randomly when trying to improve the quality of my skin. Sure, I had heard about them as useful to athletes, after injuries and after long practices. Still, I poo-pooed them as not for me and most likely fairly ineffective.
Boy, was I wrong! One bath with these gems is by far more nurturing and will leave you more relaxed than any therapy session.
After the initial experience of my first bath with salts, I struck upon an expedition to find the most effective and most profound ingredients to put together the best bathing experience possible. To be used as a tool for various reasons- both emotional and physical, for healing and for pleasure.
