1. YOUR PURCHASE
Your purchase supplies the digital artwork and accompanying files described in the listing. No physical card,
printed insert, binder, sleeve, slab, frame or printing supply is included. The listing's product-specific contents,
dimensions, formats and compatibility form part of the agreement. This edition applies to purchases made on
the terms of this Etsy edition; it does not retrospectively reduce rights granted under an earlier purchase.
2. PERSONAL DISPLAY LICENCE
Unless the listing expressly grants broader rights, one purchase grants one purchaser a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to make one completed personal, non-commercial display set of each
design included in the purchase. For the eight-insert binder product, this means one set of eight inserts
arranged around your own real card. Alternative PDFs, PNGs and other formats are ways to make the same
set, not separate entitlements to additional completed sets. Bundles containing several designs permit one
completed personal display set of each included design.
Calibration tests, failed-print corrections and replacement prints for damaged or lost parts of your permitted
display are allowed without a new purchase. You may maintain and replace that display; this does not
authorise additional completed sets for other displays or people. An additional completed display requires
another licence or FLOPOWERED's written permission.
3. FILES, BACKUPS AND PRINTING SERVICES
You may save the files on your own devices and keep private backups. You may provide the necessary files
to a printing service solely to produce your permitted display, asking it not to reuse, distribute or keep the files
beyond what is necessary for that job. The service must not sell additional prints or use the artwork in its own
products. Accessing or downloading your purchase more than once does not expand the printing licence.
4. SHARING AND COMMERCIAL USE
You must not share, gift, publish, redistribute or resell the files or download links; sell printed sets or products
made from the artwork; sublicense the files; or offer them through stock libraries, public repositories,
print-on-demand services or other download services. These restrictions also apply to edited versions. No
commercial reproduction rights are included.
Ordinary photos and videos of your own finished personal display, including collection posts on social media,
are permitted. Do not publish scans, flattened exports or other reproductions that let others recover usable
artwork files, or use these permissions to advertise printed sets for sale. Owning a physical card does not
transfer third-party intellectual property rights.

5. ETSY DELIVERY AND ACCESS
For a ready-made download, Etsy makes the attached files available after payment confirmation. Use
Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser, open Purchases and select Download Files; the Etsy app currently
does not support these downloads. Guest buyers can use the link in their Etsy receipt email. Extract any ZIP
to access its contents.
FLOPOWERED imposes no 48-hour download deadline. Repeat downloads are normally available through
Etsy while the transaction remains accessible. Keep a private backup. If files or access fail, contact
FLOPOWERED with your order details. Reasonable order verification may be needed. A faulty file or delivery
failure will be put right without requiring another purchase. We will help with lost-file requests where we can;
permanent platform access, indefinite file storage and future availability are not promised.
6. PRINTING AND COMPATIBILITY
Follow the listing and supplied print guide. Standard binder inserts are 68 × 97 mm; other products may have
different dimensions. Print the cut-sheet PDF at Actual Size / 100%, turn off Fit to Page, and measure the 50
mm calibration bar before committing to the full print. The PDF controls physical dimensions. Check your
pocket or frame size and your printer's paper requirements.
Screens, printers, ink, paper and finishes can produce colour differences. Normal variation does not excuse a
supplied file that is defective or materially different from its description. Contact FLOPOWERED for help with
significant problems. A resolution or dpi label describes file preparation and does not create additional native
artwork detail. Any particular claims about print testing or resolution must come from that product's listing.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer voluntary cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, accidental or
duplicate purchases, choosing the wrong design, or overlooking clearly stated digital-product, size or
compatibility information. This applies whether or not the files have been accessed or downloaded. Please
review the listing description, dimensions, included files and product images before purchasing, and contact
us before ordering if anything is unclear. This policy does not remove any cancellation right or remedy
required by law, or applicable Etsy buyer protection.
Where UK cancellation rules apply, the usual 14-day period runs from the day after the contract is made. A
cancellation right can be lost when digital supply begins only after your express agreement to immediate
supply, acknowledgement that you will lose that right, and the required contract confirmation. Simply
purchasing or receiving these terms does not supply that consent. If the legal conditions are not met,
applicable cancellation rights remain. Where the right has been validly lost, no voluntary change-of-mind
refund is offered after supply begins.
To exercise a cancellation right, send a clear statement through Etsy Messages or the shop's business
contact details identifying the order and your wish to cancel. You may use the supplied model form, but you
do not have to. We will make required refunds within the applicable legal deadline through Etsy, normally to
the original payment method. There is no physical return postage for a digital download.

8. FAULTS, REMEDIES AND SUPPORT
Digital content must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being of satisfactory
quality, fit for an agreed purpose and as described. If supplied files are missing, faulty, inaccessible because
of a supply problem or misdescribed, contact FLOPOWERED using Etsy Messages or Help with Order. We
will provide the legally required remedy, which may include corrected or replacement files, an appropriate
price reduction or a refund. Repairs or replacements will be made within a reasonable time and without
significant inconvenience. If an order cannot be supplied, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
We aim to reply within 24 hours. Useful troubleshooting information may include the filename, a description of
the problem and, where available, a print photo or settings screenshot. These are aids to investigation, not
conditions that remove your legal rights. There is no special short fault-reporting deadline in these terms.
Refunds are processed through Etsy. Etsy's applicable buyer-protection procedures remain available.
9. RIGHTS AND INTERPRETATION
FLOPOWERED reserves only the rights it holds in the supplied artwork, layouts and materials. A purchase
grants the permission described here; it does not transfer copyright ownership or confer third-party rights.
Third-party rights remain with their respective owners. No third-party affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship is
implied.
Broader permissions must be expressly stated in the listing or agreed in writing by FLOPOWERED. Nothing in
these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights
take precedence over conflicting wording. Later policy revisions do not retrospectively reduce the terms of an
existing purchase.
