Please make sure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We can change the address for you, if the order has not been shipped yet. If the address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

If package is Returned to Sender because of insufficient or incorrect address, and customer requests a refund rather than reshipping, customer will be refunded the item price minus the cost of shipping (is the shipping is FREE, we will deduct the actual cost of the shipping label).

Orders will be shipped within the time frame specified on the listing's Shipping section. Once shipped, we proved the tracking numbers so you will have an estimate when your purchase will arrive. Delivery Dates are Not Guaranteed. Please check your email for Purchase Confirmation information and Processing Time. Processing time is in Business Days and excludes weekends. If an item is ordered Friday, the first business day is Monday.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us upon receipt. Send clear pictures of the damaged item and we will work with you to decide the next step such as sending a replacement, issuing a partial refund, or accepting a return of the item.

For the lost orders, it is responsibility of a customer to check with the post office, neighbors and people in the household. Please allow at least a week for the item to arrive, and if is still not found, please contact us.
Refunds will be made at 5 weeks after the ship date, in order to allow time for the Lost package to show up.

International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. It is the buyers responsibility to know the laws of their own country and FOUR WHEEL BEAST is not responsible for delays due to customs. If package is refused by the buyer or not picked up from the post office and returned, the original item's cost will be refunded to the buyer once the package has been received by the seller. Buyer will only receive a refund for the item price and will not receive a refund for the shipping cost.
