La "HH" nel nome del nostro negozio sta per Hampel e Hampel.
Il nostro negozio si sforza di raggiungere il 100% di soddisfazione del cliente. So che potresti sentirlo spesso, specialmente durante le vacanze, ma io (Tim) ho lavorato nella vendita al dettaglio per quasi tutta la mia vita (da quando avevo 14 anni) e la soddisfazione del cliente è qualcosa che prendiamo MOLTO sul serio.
Mia moglie ed io abbiamo iniziato questo trambusto laterale perché amiamo creare.
Io (Tim) ho creato fin dal liceo e mia moglie ha iniziato dopo che ci siamo sposati. ma quando è arrivata la pandemia di COVID abbiamo dovuto trovare un modo per fare un po 'di soldi extra.
Con entrambe le nostre competenze artigianali, abbiamo deciso di creare ornamenti unici nel loro genere e pezzi d'accento per la casa perfetti per ogni casa o stagione.
Acquistiamo le materie prime da negozi di artigianato, negozi di articoli per la casa (ecc.) e diamo il nostro tocco creativo su di loro.

Our shop strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. I know you may hear that a lot, especially around the Holidays, but I (Tim) have worked in retail for nearly my whole life (since I was 14) and customer satisfaction is something we take VERY seriously.
My wife and I started this side hustle because we love crafting.
I (Tim) have been crafting since high school and my wife started after we got married. but when the COVID pandemic came along we had to find a way to make a little extra money.
With both of our crafting expertise, we decided to create one-of-a-kind ornament and home accent pieces perfect for any home or season.
We buy the raw materials from craft stores, home improvement stores (etc.) and put our own creative spin on them.
