Tara was so helpful throughout the whole process of getting this pin into my possession. USPS was struggling quite a bit recently, and the pin ended up getting lost in PA for about a month, but Tara did everything she could to reach out to the postal service and make sure that they got my product to me. As far as customer service is considered, she's the best! The pin is really dope too, so all in all a great shopping experience.
