How to Download a Digital Item?

I received an Error Message trying to open the File that I downloaded.
Make sure you fully downloaded the file - not just previewed it. Try to download the file again if an interruption happened. Make sure to check the correct folder where the file was saved. Usually you will find the file in your Downloads folder.
If the problem persists, please email us, we will help to solve the problem quickly. Please note that Procreate Files ONLY open in the Procreate app on an iPad. Open Procreate, tap "Import", and select the file from your Files.
If it says "Unsupported File Type" that usually means the file didn't fully downloaded, the app you are using doesn't support it, or the file extension was changed.
