1 von 5 SternenIch habe diesen Artikel bestellt und der Verkäuferin sowohl per Nachricht als auch bei der Bestellung mitgeteilt, dass ich den Artikel spätestens am 1. August benötige. Die Verkäuferin antwortete, dass sie dies nicht garantieren könne, sagte aber auch, dass sie mir den Betrag trotzdem in Rechnung stellen müsse, da der Artikel weder zurückgegeben noch erstattet werden könne. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich nicht verstehen, warum sie die Bestellung überhaupt angenommen hat, da ich sehr deutlich angegeben habe, wann ich ihn brauche. Der Artikel ist nicht besonders teuer, aber auch nicht von hoher Qualität. Die Ränder des Schals sind noch nicht einmal fertig. Ich hätte erwartet, dass die Verkäuferin die Bestellung storniert, sobald sie sieht, dass ich um eine garantierte Lieferung bis zum 1. August gebeten hatte. Dies geschah in Echtzeit, als ich ihn bestellte, und nicht danach.

When I saw your note requesting delivery by August 1, I immediately contacted my production partner to see if the timeline could be expedited. The item is made and shipped from within the U.S., and the estimated delivery window (August 2–5) was shown at checkout. I always do my best to assist and communicate clearly — even when I can’t control production or shipping times. I appreciate your order and your honest review. Feedback like yours helps me refine the way I present each item so that expectations match the final product as closely as possible.
