What data we receive
When you order from us on Etsy, Etsy gives us the data needed for the order: name, delivery address, email address (if Etsy shares it), the items ordered and your messages to us. We do not see payment data (e.g. card number) – Etsy handles the payment.

What we use it for
Only to process and ship your order, answer questions and handle returns or warranty cases. We do not send you advertising and we do not sell your data.

Sharing
For shipping we pass your name and address to Swiss Post. Etsy's privacy policy also applies to your data.

Retention
We keep order data as long as needed for the order and legal obligations (e.g. accounting, up to 10 years), then we delete it.

Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it. Write to us via Etsy or at info@lecomastudio.ch.
