2 out of 5 starsBeautiful shell, very poor quality fittings, despite being advertised as sterling silver. At this price point that is unacceptable. Refund offered, but that is a hassle and will cost me time and money.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We did offer replacement fittings at our expense as well as a full refund. The customer did not take advantage of our offer and stated it was to inconvenient and it would cost her money. It would not have cost her anything as we would have absorbed the return postage.
