Ciao, sono Deniece. Uomini e donne vengono da me per piccoli lotti di prodotti fatti a mano e naturali. Ho iniziato Merrique Handmade nell'agosto 2019 proprio qui a Gaithersburg, MD. Tutti i burri del mio corpo sono montati a mano e tutte le candele di soia al 100% sono versate a mano con AMORE!
Perché Merrique Handmade?
La mia storia è iniziata molti (MOLTI) anni fa. Da bambina mia madre prendeva lezioni di ceramica, arrangiamento floreale, tie-dye e macarami e da madre single ero proprio lì, al suo fianco "creando". Quando sono entrato negli anni dell'adolescenza la creatività è continuata. Ho iniziato a fare maschere per il viso con albumi, miele e farina d'avena e ho anche iniziato a cucire i miei vestiti e insegnarmi all'uncinetto. Nei miei anni da adulto questa passione per creare mi ha portato a gioielli fatti a mano e dopo essere diventato naturale nel mio viaggio di cura dei capelli ho iniziato a produrre i miei oli e burri per capelli. Tutti questi eventi mi portano al presente e creano prodotti fatti a mano per il bagno, il corpo, i capelli e la casa. Amo le mie creazioni e spero che lo facciate anche voi!
Hi, I'm Deniece. Men and women come to me for small batches of handmade, natural products. I started Merrique Handmade in August, 2019 right here in Gaithersburg, MD. All my body butters are hand whipped and all the 100% soy candles are hand poured with LOVE!
Why Merrique Handmade?
My story started many (MANY) years ago. As a young girl my mother took classes in pottery, floral arranging, tie-dye and macarami and as a single mother I was right there, at her side "creating". As I entered the teen years the creativity continued. I started making face masks with egg whites, honey and oatmeal and I also began sewing my own clothes and teaching myself to crochet. In my adult years this passion to create lead me to handmade jewelry and after going natural in my hair-care journey I started making my own hair oils and butters. All these events lead me to the present and creating handmade bath, body, hair and home products. I love my creations and hope you will too!
