I messaged Emma and she straight away offered to send out a new one. It arrived on my Granddaughters Birthday! 🎈 She is going to love it!! I cannot thank Emma enough for her attentive service and going above and beyond to make a little 4 year old girl very happy 🫶🏻 xxx
