Never received item and no communication from seller

Leider handelt es sich bei dem Produkt nicht um ein handgemachtes Produkt sondern reguläre Massenware und erscheint mir nicht den Kaufpreis wert - pure und schlechte Synthetic des Hutes... unbedingt von Feuer fernhalten. Ribbon evtl. handgemacht... schwer einzuschätzen. Verpackung ausserdem für einen Hut unzureichend und schliesslich beschädigt angekommen. Grosse Probleme in Kontaktaufnahme, wurde schlieslich geghostet und musste Unterstützung von Etsy-Support erhalten, da der Laden in der Zwischenzeit inaktiv gestellt wurde.

SCAM! I waited for this item for far longer than intended. When it arrived it had shipping labels from East Asia. It was packaged in nothing more than an envelope and was completely flattened. The "leather" (plastic) band was creased. The hat is nothing more than fabric covered cardboard. I contacted the seller and got no answer. I escalated to Etsy and they offered a refund. DO NOT BUY.

No response from seller and I never received my parcel

This product does not come from BC. Someone might be sitting in an office there but the product clearly comes from a non fair trade country. The quality is like cardboard and worth $5-10 at most. The stitching was completely off on the back as well as if the item was from a mass production line. The hat came damaged because the packaging was a light plastic that looked like it came straight from whatever factory it came out of. Had it of come in cardboard which is better for the environment, maybe it wouldn’t have been damaged. Even if this item wasn’t damage and defective, I would not wear it. The coloring is not like felt it’s almost shimmery and like I said looks like cardboard. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars for customer service is because they gave me a refund… Be warned.
