Is this a finished item or a digital pattern?
Our products are digital PDF patterns for you to make yourself. No finished item, fabric, yarn, supplies or printed paper pattern will be shipped. Check the individual listing for the craft type, included files, finished measurements, skill level and materials before purchasing.
How do I download my pattern?
After Etsy confirms payment for an instant download, sign in to Etsy.com in a computer or mobile web browser. Go to Your account > Purchases, find your order and select Download Files. Digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded in the Etsy app. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. If you need help finding your files, message us through Etsy.
How should I print my sewing pattern?
Choose the paper format included with your pattern and open the PDF in a suitable PDF reader. Print at 100% / Actual Size, with Fit to Page turned off. Print and measure the test square before printing the remaining pages or cutting fabric. Follow the assembly directions and seam allowance stated in your specific pattern. Included paper sizes are listed on each product page.
How do I choose the right size and materials?
Read the finished measurements and materials list in the listing before buying. Finished-item measurements are different from cutting measurements. Photos can make an item look larger or smaller, so use the stated dimensions to judge its size. Check the pattern instructions before substituting interfacing, batting or fabric. Message us if you are unsure about a project.
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
You may sell finished physical items that you personally make from our patterns in small handmade quantities. The digital patterns and instructions are for the purchaser only: please do not share, copy, resell, redistribute or upload the files, or use them for mass manufacturing. For classroom use or a larger production project, contact us before purchasing.
What if I have a problem or need a refund?
Digital downloads cannot normally be returned or exchanged. If a file is missing, damaged, incorrect or different from its description, contact us through Etsy with your order number and a brief explanation so we can help resolve it. Please also contact us about an accidental duplicate purchase. This policy does not limit your statutory rights or any rights under Etsy’s policies.
Do you offer custom sizes or help with a pattern?
Please message us before purchasing if you need a custom size or a different file format; availability must be confirmed first. For help with an order, include the pattern name, step number and a clear description of the issue. If you share a screenshot, please crop out personal details. We can help with the pattern instructions, downloading and printing.
