How to contact us?
Please contact us through Etsy messaging. We do not check emails outside of Etsy.
When will my item ship?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to ship from our print studio. Note: They will most likely ship faster than this, but we like to under-promise and over-deliver. Holidays tend to lean more toward 2 weeks and the rest of the time around 3 to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience while we print your high-quality items, just for you!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We custom-make each item (in the size of your choice) and print it just for YOU at the time of your purchase. Therefore, we have no refund or exchange policy. We kindly ask that you carefully follow our size chart to ensure correct sizing. Having said that, if you receive your order and you don't absolutely love it, please message us with any concerns and we will work with you to make you 100% happy. Spreading love and happiness is our goal and we hope our customers live by the same motto.
How long is my item in transit with shipping?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by location, typical times are 3 to 5 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your item is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification and email from Etsy with your tracking number.
How do I know my size?
Almost all our shirts are considered UNISEX; therefore, they run slightly large for women. If you want a more fitted look, please size down.
We include size charts with all our listings. To get an accurate fit - measure one of your favorite t-shirts. Lay it flat on the ground and measure side to side (width) and neckline to hem (length).
For an oversized fit for women: we recommend that you size up 2 or more than your usual size
Custom and personalised orders
Yes, we offer personalization according to your liking. Please continue to check your Etsy messages after you ordered your item as we will shortly send you a draft image of the Custom product you purchased, for your approval, before we continue with printing or engraving your item.
Can I cancel an order I have already placed?
Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as your order is placed. Once it's in the queue, it cannot be pulled out. Therefore, we do NOT accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.
What should I do if there's a mistake or defect with my order?
We’re human, and while we do our very best to get every order right, mistakes can happen from time to time. If you notice a defect or an error with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it.
We’ll be happy to make it right with either a reprint or a refund, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding!
