How Pulse By Patsy was born.
Como profesional de la salud, Patricia pasó incontables horas atendiendo a pacientes, sacrificando a menudo nuestra propia comodidad y bienestar. Rápidamente se dio cuenta de que, si bien la enfermería era una carrera increíblemente gratificante, también conllevaba sus propios desafíos únicos, físicos, mentales y emocionales. Durante los turnos largos, descubrimos que lo único que siempre nos traía alegría era un acto simple: usar una camiseta o un accesorio que expresara quiénes somos, no solo como enfermeras, sino como personas.
Pero aquí está el problema: cada vez que buscábamos productos con temática de enfermería que nos llamaran la atención, las opciones eran limitadas. Los pocos diseños disponibles carecían de creatividad, humor o incluso estilo. Queríamos algo más, algo que realmente representara la fuerza, la resiliencia y el humor que las enfermeras llevan consigo todos los días. Anhelábamos algo que no solo reflejara nuestra profesión, sino también nuestras personalidades.
Fue entonces cuando nos dimos cuenta: si no podíamos encontrar lo que buscábamos, ¿por qué no crearlo nosotros mismos?
Y así nació Pulse by Patsy. Nuestra misión era sencilla: crear camisetas y productos divertidos, elegantes y con los que las enfermeras pudieran identificarse y que pudieran llevar con orgullo tanto dentro como fuera del turno. Queríamos ofrecer a nuestras colegas enfermeras una forma de expresarse y, al mismo tiempo, honrar el papel esencial que desempeñan en la atención sanitaria.
Pero no nos quedamos en las camisetas. Decidimos traspasar los límites con nuestra marca Nurse Ninja, dando vida a un personaje poderoso y rudo que encarna el espíritu de cada enfermera: fuerte, compasiva y siempre lista para enfrentar cualquier desafío. Nurse Ninja se convirtió en algo más que una marca: se convirtió en un símbolo del guerrero de la salud que hay en cada uno de nosotros y representa a las enfermeras que enfrentan cada día con coraje, precisión y corazón.
Pulse by Patsy no se trata solo de ropa; se trata de la comunidad. Creamos diseños que hablan directamente a los enfermeros, reconociendo las largas horas, el trabajo duro y sí, incluso el humor que conlleva el trabajo. Desde eslóganes extravagantes hasta citas motivadoras, estamos aquí para celebrar la profesión de enfermería con productos que resuenan con los hombres y mujeres que mantienen en funcionamiento nuestro sistema de atención médica.
Lo que comenzó como un proyecto apasionante para llenar un vacío en el mercado rápidamente se convirtió en un movimiento, una forma para que las enfermeras muestren su orgullo y fortaleza. Pulse by Patsy y Nurse Ninja están aquí para enfermeras, por enfermeras, con el entendimiento de que la enfermería no es solo un trabajo, es un estilo de vida.

As a healthcare professional, Patricia spent countless hours caring for patients, often sacrificing our own comfort and well-being. She quickly realized that while nursing was an incredibly rewarding career, it also came with its own set of unique challenges—physically, mentally, and emotionally. During long shifts, we found that the one thing that always brought us joy was a simple act: wearing a t-shirt or accessory that expressed who we are—not just as nurses, but as individuals.
But here’s the problem: every time we searched for nursing-themed products that spoke to us, the options were limited. The few designs available lacked creativity, humor, or even style. We wanted something more—something that truly represented the strength, resilience, and humor that nurses carry with them every day. We were craving something that not only reflected our profession but also our personalities.
That’s when it hit us—if we couldn’t find what we were looking for, why not create it ourselves?
And so, Pulse by Patsy was born. Our mission was simple: to create fun, stylish, and relatable nurse-themed t-shirts and products that nurses could wear with pride both on and off shift. We wanted to give our fellow nurses a way to express themselves, while also honoring the essential role they play in healthcare.
But we didn’t stop at t-shirts. We decided to push the boundaries with our Nurse Ninja brand, bringing to life a powerful, badass character who embodies the spirit of every nurse: strong, compassionate, and always ready to take on any challenge. Nurse Ninja became more than just a brand—it became a symbol of the healthcare warrior in each of us, representing nurses who tackle every day with courage, precision, and heart.
Pulse by Patsy isn’t just about clothing; it’s about community. We create designs that speak directly to nurses, acknowledging the long hours, the hard work, and yes, even the humor that comes with the job. From quirky slogans to motivational quotes, we are here to celebrate the nursing profession with products that resonate with the men and women who keep our healthcare system running.
What started as a passion project to fill a gap in the market quickly turned into a movement—a way for nurses to showcase their pride and strength. Pulse by Patsy and Nurse Ninja are here for nurses, by nurses, with the understanding that nursing is not just a job, it’s a lifestyle.
