How do I download my files?
After your purchase is confirmed, Etsy will automatically provide a download link.
To access your files:
• Go to Your Account → Purchases
• Find your order
• Click "Download Files"
IMPORTANT: Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app. Please use a web browser on your phone or computer.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
