🎀 Custom and personalized orders?
We're happy to customize and personalize most of our shirts. Custom requests are what make Etsy great! Feel free to share your requests with us, and let's create something special together!
🎀 Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. If you're unable to cancel within this timeframe, it means your order has been processed and cannot be canceled.
🎀 What’s your return/refund policy?
- We support returns for manufacturing defects.
- If your item has a production issue, please refrain from washing it, take a photo of the fault, and contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
- Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please message us with photos, and we'll resolve the issue.
- Our refund/exchange window is 14 days from the delivery date. We cannot address cases beyond this timeframe.
🎀 Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
- We accept size/color change requests as long as the order isn't in production.
- If you're unsure about sizing, please consult our sizing charts provided in the product images. If we send you the wrong size, we'll exchange or refund it for you.
🎀 How do I request a change on a customized product?
- Specify your editing request in the personalization section or send us a message.
- For simple designs, we'll create a new design and print the shirt right away upon receiving your request.
- For complex requirements, we'll provide a preview for your approval within one day. If no response is received within this timeframe, we'll proceed with the nearest design to maintain production schedule.
- If no specific color notes are added to your order, default colors will be used for the design.
🎀 What Does "Made To Order" Mean? How is my order made?
- All our products are printed on demand, meaning they're produced only when you order them. Upon ordering, the shirt is sent to production, printed, and then shipped directly to you.
- We use a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method for all items. This involves laying the shirt flat and printing the design directly onto the fabric. Our DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based
🎀 My package is lost!
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance in locating it. If the package is marked as delivered, kindly reach out to your local shipping carrier. Once an order is delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
🎀 Gift Wrapping & Packaging
We currently do not offer gift wrapping or custom gift messages. All items are shipped in secure, eco-friendly packaging.
🎀 Care Instructions
To keep your shirt looking great:
- Turn inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry on medium heat
- Do not bleach
- Minimal shrinkage may occur after washing (items are pre-shrunk)
