Hi, I’m Kayla, a therapist, creator, and human in the thick of the healing journey, just like you.

Radically Rewired was born from the pages of my own practice—both in the therapy room and in my personal life. I’m trained in somatic and parts work, and I create every resource here with deep respect for the nervous system, the power of small shifts, and the brilliance of your body’s inner wisdom.

These tools aren’t just things I recommend to clients—they’re ones I’ve leaned on myself, in moments of overwhelm, re-patterning, and growth. Each guide, worksheet, and journal is crafted to meet you where you are, whether you're brand new to this work or looking to go deeper.

My goal? To make healing feel more possible. More embodied. And more sustainable.
