Crescendo individualmente. Fortalecendo nossos relacionamentos.
Growing Ourselves. Strengthening Our Relationships.

Autora de *Little Me and Little You*
Welcome to RelationalRoots.
I'm Marc Jarchow, author of *Little Me and Little You*, a book about personal growth, emotional maturity, and the ways we relate to the people around us.
After 45 years of marriage, I've come to appreciate something important: building a strong relationship isn't just about understanding the other person. It's also about understanding ourselves.
We all have moments when we become defensive, insist on being right, struggle to listen, or expect others to change without looking at ourselves first. I've come to see that growing older is automatic, but growing up is not. Maturity is a journey, and it begins with a willingness to look honestly at ourselves.
My Christian faith shapes how I understand that journey. I believe God invites us to keep growing in wisdom, grace, humility, and love—not by pretending we have everything figured out, but by being willing to learn and change.
That's why I created RelationalRoots.
Here you'll find thoughtfully designed Christian relationship resources, reflection guides, workbooks, and journals to help you pause, ask better questions, understand yourself more clearly, and strengthen the relationships that matter most.
Whether you're married, building a friendship, navigating family relationships, or simply wanting to become a more mature and loving person, I hope these resources will give you practical ways to reflect, grow, and put what you learn into practice.
My aim isn't to tell you how to have a perfect relationship. It's to help you discover where growth can begin—with you.
Thank you for visiting RelationalRoots. I'm glad you're here.
