SecretPlotGames

PRIVACY POLICY

SecretPlotGames is operated by Judit Puska. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you purchase a product, contact the shop, or voluntarily submit playtest feedback.

1. Personal information collected

When you place an order or contact the shop, Etsy may provide information such as your name, email address, order details, country, payment status, and message history. SecretPlotGames does not receive or store your full payment card details.

The optional playtest feedback form does not request your name or email address. Its hosting provider may process limited technical information required to operate and secure the service.

2. How information is used

Personal information may be used to:

• process and support your Etsy order;
• provide access to purchased digital products;
• respond to questions and resolve technical problems;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations;
• improve products through voluntarily submitted feedback;
• protect the shop and its customers from fraud or misuse.

The legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable.

3. Sharing of information

Information may be shared with Etsy and service providers used to operate the shop, deliver digital products, host the optional feedback form, or comply with legal requirements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Buyer information will not be added to marketing lists or used for unsolicited advertising.

4. Data retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. International data transfers

Etsy and some service providers may process personal information outside the buyer’s country. Where required, these transfers are handled using legally recognised safeguards.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also submit a complaint to your local data protection authority.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact Judit Puska, owner of SecretPlotGames, through Etsy Messages.
