My item arrived exactly a week later than expected. I had contacted the seller as I was concerned and very quickly they responded and assured me it would arrive . Which it did several days later. However when the item did arrive I couldn’t figure out how it worked so I asked other family members to see if they could figure it out. We were all very puzzled so I contacted the seller the response this time was extremely poor the seller didn’t explain at all how to use the item and I felt like they just left me hanging after getting in touch a 3rd time I just received a random message that had no relevance to my query it read like an automatic message to my first query ‘my item is missing’ . I’ve not received any follow up to see if everything is ok although it’s now been 5 days since my query therefore the low customer score

Lovely item however the colour is unlike the firat picture and they are dark fading to light at the bottom more like the other photos
