The seller was incredibly kind and genuinely remorseful about an issue that was completely out of her control and caused by the mail carrier. When the package arrived, I was blown away. Not only were there two brand-new pens made by her girls, but several additional pens and other beautiful handmade items as well. My two little girls were all smiles—each picked one for their backpacks, and I even added a keychain to my keys. I would 100% recommend purchasing from them, and I will absolutely be ordering more personalized gifts in the future. You girls should be so proud of the hard work you’re doing—it truly shows how much you care! Thank you so much!
