Healing didn't happen overnight.
It started with small moments, quiet mornings, journaling, meditation, and learning how to listen to my body again. Little by little, I began to reconnect with myself... and suddenly, everything in my life started to shift.
The more I healed, the more I felt drawn to help others do the same.
One day I created a meditation just for myself - something simple, soothing, and honest.
And it changed something in me. I realized how powerful it was to hear words that spoke directly to my story, my fears, my dreams.
That's when it hit me:
