How do I access my download after I have purchased?
Please go to your profile picture > click "Purchases", once on that page you should see the purchase for this product with a black button beside it that says "Download Files". Click that, it will download the PDF to your computer that contains a hyperlink to the editable Canva Template. Please send me a message via Etsy messages if you run into any problems.
Can I return my purchase if I am not happy with it?
Unfortunately not, due to the nature of the purchase, digital downloads are not qualified for returns. If you have any questions about the product prior to your purchase, please feel free to send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
My order says its still processing. How do I access my download?
It can take up to 72 hours for your order to process on Etsy, and it's not until your purchase is marked as "Completed" that you'll have access to the downloadable file. If you have waited 72 hours and your order is still not complete, please send me a message via Etsy messages.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, please message me with the details of your custom project and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
