5 out of 5 starsIt arrived fairly quickly and is just as shown. The edges aren't finished, and there is a little white border but it's no big deal. Also to anyone curious, the stitched "bottom" on the design is printed.

Returns and Exchanges
All items in my shop are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact me via Esty Message within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Once the 30 days has passed, the product will no longer meet the criteria for a resolution.
Sizing details
We offer many different shirt styles to choose from. The dimensions of each shirt style is listed the product page in the item description. Dimensions are not guaranteed for accuracy and are provided by the manufacturer. Actual dimensions can vary by +/- 1 inch. Most styles offered are preshrunk at the factory but may shrink some after washing and drying. Always air dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting for the least amount of shrinkage.
Care instructions
Shirts should be washed before first wear. Turn shirts inside out and wash cold. Tumble dry on low heat.
Direct to garment printing requires the use of a pre-treat solution when printing white ink. You may notice a slight discoloration or sheen on the printed side of your shirt. This is caused by the pre-treat solution and will wash out with the first wash.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is not available at this time.

We have access to many retail grade garments for printing. Just let us know your requirements and we'll work with you to find the perfect shirt for your business.
Processing Time/ Delivery
Each item is made to order, and unfortunately, there is no rushing this process.
Processing time: 3-5 business days or as noted on the individual item listing.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. It will most likely come much quicker than that.
All the items in my shop is are printed and shipped from the U.S and therefore take longer to arrive in Canada and other international destinations.
Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 4-6 business days
Canada: 10-15 business days
Worldwide: 10-18 business days
(Your order will likely be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering).
When is a product eligible for replacement?
Faulty Item
In case you receive an incorrect or faulty item, I will arrange a free of charge replacement.
Please send me a message with the following information:
Order ID
Pictures of the defect clearly visible
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive, first check whether the delivery address you submitted is 100% correct, even 1 missing letter/number can cause delivery failure. Also, contact your local post office as they may be holding your package and may require that you pick it up in person.
If the package is lost, please send me a message and I will issue a replacement if I determine that there was no error on your part.
When is a product NOT eligible for replacement?
I do not issue replacements for:
Lost orders where the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Products that were received as requested, however, you wish to have another size/color instead
Garments being shorter/longer than in the sizing chart if they correspond to set tolerance (+/- 1 inch)
Bad Odor and Smell
Orders are not replaced when they have bad odor or smell, as this is a natural occurrence in the Direct-to-Garment printing industry. To eliminate the odor, please wash the garment, and the smell should be gone.
No Refunds After 180days
If your order does not arrive, please contact me as soon as possible, Etsy payment does not allow refunds after 180 days have passed since the date of the transaction.

Personalized orders:
We offer personalized designs that will require you to send us information. This can be done through the 'note to seller' field on the listing page or checkout page. If this is not included during checkout your order may be delayed while we request this information from you.
*Please note that neither custom nor personalized orders are eligible for a return or exchange. If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct.
