Swamp Wing Studio unisce arte, ecologia e storia. Ogni illustrazione è frutto di anni di lavoro di ricerca naturalistica in Costa Rica e nel sud-est americano, offrendo un'arte che celebra la quieta brillantezza del mondo naturale.

Swamp Wing Studio è nato dai miei anni di lavoro sul campo come ricercatore e illustratore scientifico in Costa Rica e dal mio amore per la storia naturale del Sud-Est. Ho creato più di 400 disegni botanici tratti dalle foreste tropicali costaricani, ognuno dei quali è un invito a rallentare e ad ammirare la quieta bellezza delle piante, delle foreste e delle creature che ne dipendono.

Presso Swamp Wing Studio troverete stampe artistiche, biglietti di auguri e opere didattiche ispirate agli ecosistemi tropicali e temperati. Ogni illustrazione è disegnata a mano e realizzata con un profondo rispetto per il mondo vivente.

Swamp Wing Studio grew out of my years of fieldwork as a researcher and scientific illustrator in Costa Rica and my lifelong love of natural history across the Southeast. I’ve created more than 400 botanical drawings from Costa Rican tropical forests, each one an invitation to slow down and notice the quiet beauty of plants, forests, and the creatures that depend on them.

At Swamp Wing Studio, you’ll find fine-art prints, notecards, and educational pieces inspired by tropical and temperate ecosystems. Every illustration is hand-drawn, and made with a deep respect for the living world.
