Calm, practical tools for the hard parts of parenting
Li leggo tutti.
Grazie per essere passato/a. Sono davvero felice che tu sia qui.
I started The Rooted Parent because I wanted to build something that genuinely helps families.
You don't have to be a parent to know how hard parenting is. I've watched people I love navigate toddler meltdowns, school-morning tears, teenage silence, and everything in between, often without the right tools or a clear place to turn. That gap stuck with me.
So I started creating the resources I wished existed. Today the shop focuses on printable workbooks for kids and teens: big feelings and anger, anxiety, ADHD and focus, grief, divorce and two homes, a new baby sibling, puberty, and bedtime. Each one turns research from child development experts like Dr. Daniel Siegel and Dr. Ross Greene into pages your child can actually use, with a guide for the grown-ups too.
Everything here is made for real family life and meant to meet you where you are. Whether you're in the thick of the toddler years or trying to reconnect with a teenager, I hope something here makes your day a little easier.
Have a question, or not sure which kit fits your child? Send me a message. I read every one.
Thanks for stopping by. I'm really glad you're here.
