HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
An Etsy message will be sent with a download link. All the deliveries are digital.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All products are digital files. The time of delivery depends on the range of time your product description has when you place the order on Etsy. Time of delivery may vary depending on the season.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
I only accept order cancellations within the first 24 hours after the purchase has been made. If that’s the case, please contact me.
No cancellations or refunds are accepted if the file has been delivered.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately, I don’t accept returns. The products are personalized files, once the file has been sent it cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact me so that we can work on revisions until you are happy with the result.
CORRECTIONS
I am happy to help you with the changes and revisions you want.
-If you asked for a specific pose for certain characters and you wish to change it, this will not count as a revision, because said characters would have to be drawn from scratch (in this case, you would have to buy a new character).
-Please be specific with the corrections. Sometimes for artists it is hard to represent people’s features. The more information and feedback you give, the better.
-I work with different illustration styles, some of them have a limited variety of features. Please note that these are meant to be cartoons that we adapt to people.
