What materials do you use for your crochet products?
We prioritize quality and comfort. Most of our creations are made using premium cotton, soft acrylic, or wool blends, depending on the item's purpose. Each product listing contains specific details about the yarn type and care instructions.
Is this a finished physical product?
No, this is a Digital PDF Download. You will receive the instructions and patterns to create the item yourself. No physical item will be shipped to your address.
How will I receive my pattern after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your digital files anytime by going to "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please message us we are always happy to help!
What language and terminology are used?
All our patterns are written in English using Standard US Crochet Terms unless stated otherwise in the description.
