Si manifesta come un rifiuto. Le cartelle degli agenti qui lasciano un vuoto evidente invece di inventare una misura o una data di consegna. Citano la tua stessa politica scritta invece di promettere un rimborso che non hai mai offerto. Alcune cose non le redigono affatto, lo dicono e si fermano. I fogli di calcolo sono la stessa idea in una forma diversa: ogni formula viene ricalcolata da uno script indipendente prima del rilascio, perché un modello che si rompe quando aggiungi una riga è peggio di nessun modello.
Qui nulla viene messo in vendita finché non è stato deliberatamente sottoposto a test.
