Here’s how it works:
1. Send me your idea — share photos, inspo, colors, names, dates, or anything cute you’d like included.
2. I’ll create a preview — I’ll design a mockup for you to approve before it goes into production.
3. Approve & print — once you love it, I’ll make it just for you.
Please note:
- Custom orders are made specially for you and cannot be returned once approved.
- Processing time may be slightly longer depending on the complexity of the design.

Return Policy
Since everything is made to order, we do not keep pre-existing stock. However, we stand by the high quality of our products. Should your order arrive damaged due to a manufacturing issue or shipping error, just send us a photo, and we will immediately send a replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making sure you love your purchase.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You have a 1-hour window from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order, but only if processing or shipping has not yet begun.
It is critical to contact us immediately if you need to make changes, as we frequently start production within the first hour of receiving an order. We prioritize accuracy and want to ensure your order meets your expectations before it is produced and shipped.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, this is usually due to issues during shipping. Please immediately contact us through Etsy and include photos of the damage.
These photos are necessary for us to process an insurance claim. Once we verify the damage, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement product or a full refund to guarantee your satisfaction.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please make sure your shipping address is completely accurate, including all necessary details like apartment or unit numbers, to prevent problems with delivery.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost because an incorrect address was provided.
