Wild Prairie Patterns
En 2014, cuando abrí esta tienda, compré un software que me resultó difícil de usar. Al actualizarlo en 2022, mi tienda despegó y redescubrí mi pasión por la digitalización. En 2023, cuando empecé a añadir diseños "en bastidor" y patrones de costura en PDF, sentí que un cambio de nombre era apropiado. Anteriormente "Omaha Embroidery" (este negocio se fundó cuando vivíamos en nuestra ciudad natal, Omaha, Nebraska, EE. UU.), decidí cambiar el nombre a "Wild Prairie Patterns" para que coincidiera con mi tienda de costura física, "Wild Prairie Sewing", donde hago osos de recuerdo y otros artículos de recuerdo. Me pareció especialmente apropiado, ya que vivíamos en un pequeño pueblo de Dakota del Norte por aquel entonces. Recientemente nos mudamos al noreste de Utah. Pero el nombre "Wild Prairie Patterns" sigue siendo el mismo, ¡aunque puedo ver las montañas desde mi jardín! :)
In 2014 when I started this shop, I purchased a software that I ended up having a hard time using. When I upgraded my software in 2022, that is when my shop really took off and I rediscovered my love of digitizing! In 2023 when I started adding "in the hoop" designs and PDF sewing patterns, that is when I felt like a name change was appropriate. Formerly "Omaha Embroidery" (this business was started while living in our hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, USA), I decided to change my shop name to "Wild Prairie Patterns" to match my physical sewing shop "Wild Prairie Sewing" where I make memory bears and other memory items. It seemed particularly fitting since we lived in a small town in North Dakota at the time. We have recently moved to northeastern Utah. But the name Wild Prairie Patterns still fits, even though I can see the mountains from my yard! :)
