How do I download my files after purchase?
Go to "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account.
Find your order and click "Download Files" next to WoodProCut.
Files are in ZIP format – extract them using WinRAR built-in tool.
Still stuck? Contact us – we’ll email them directly!
Can I use these files to sell finished products?
Yes! Your purchase includes a commercial license, so you can:
Sell handmade items (cutting boards, signs, etc.).
Modify designs for your projects.
Not allowed: Reselling/redistributing the digital files as-is.
My CNC/laser machine isn’t reading the file. Help!
Try these fixes first:
Check file format compatibility (e.g., CAM prefers SVG).
Unzip the folder – machines can’t read ZIPs directly.
Adjust kerf/DPI settings if cuts are misaligned.

What file formats are included?
While we strive to provide multiple file formats for our designs, not every product may include all formats. Please check the "File Formats Included" section in the product description before purchasing, where we clearly list all available formats for that specific item. This way you can ensure the design meets your workshop needs!
