All items are digital products available for instant download upon purchase. No physical items will be shipped. If you experience any issues downloading, feel free to reach out to me.
Custom and personalized orders
According to Etsy policy, digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been delivered, as they are considered “used.”
However, I always try to be as understanding as possible. If the files haven’t been accessed or downloaded yet, I may consider a refund depending on the situation.
Please make sure to read the product description and check all listing images carefully before purchasing. And feel free to reach out with any questions!
Custom and personalized orders
Sometimes PDF files don’t open or print properly due to device settings, browser issues, or Etsy’s download system.
Each file is double-checked before and after upload, but from time to time, technical glitches may happen—which are unfortunately out of the seller’s control.
