4 out of 5 starsThe seller was very timely in our communication and very patient as I wasn’t sure what photo to use for my person, and changed it once or twice. Taking off one star because the flower at the end was so heavy it kept turning sideways, and didn’t stay in place (thought admittedly, I didn’t put the pin in my bouquet, and this could have been fixed if it was pinned through more of the ribbon and not a small piece). Overall, would still absolutely recommend!
