I try to answer messages as soon as possible, but because I also work a full-time job in addition to Etsy, don't be surprised to responses in the wee hours of the night.

Weekends are reserved for family time, so please keep in mind that Saturday's and Sunday's are not included in order processing timelines.

I do make reasonable exceptions, so please contact me for availability if you have a time-sensitive request.

Initial proofs are sent within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified in listing. Please look over the design for any spelling/grammar errors before giving approval. Copy and basic design edits can be requested using the 2 rounds of revisions included with your order (additional rounds may be purchased). Design edits including font style edits require an additional fee. By submitting your approval, you are agreeing that the design is acceptable for final delivery. Unused rounds of revisions are forfeited once final files have been sent.

I am not responsible for overseen errors after final proof has been approved.

It is the client's responsibility to reply to all conversations within a reasonable time frame. All orders in which 14 days have passed without communication will be considered abandoned and finalized. Order will be marked as shipped and final files from the last proof sent will be delivered via email. At this point, revisions will require additional fees.

If additional time is needed, please inform me in writing. Failure to do so will result in your order being considered abandoned.

Due to limited storage space, your files are permanently deleted from my system 30 days after they have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to download and store your files safely. If for any reason you lose your files or need edits made to them after 30 days, you will need to repurchase your item so that it can be recreated.

It is recommended that a backup copy is also stored on an external storage device in the event that your files are lost or deleted.

If printing at home, I reccomend printing on high quality matte photo paper or heavyweight bright white card stock. You can also print at local print shops, big box stores or other online vendors.

I do offer high-quality digital printing. You can find details and pricing on applicable listings, but feel free to contact me for a custom quote.

I'm a very busy bee, and the majority of my projects are done outside of Etsy. I rarely have a chance to share them all on Etsy, or they are just so unique it would be challenging to templatize.
