• Each set is made to order
• Our labels are made from a weatherproof, durable polyester. Labels can be chilled or put on ice and the ink won’t fade or bleed.
• Labels are shipped in secured packaging and arrive pre-cut and ready to apply to your bottles. Each label has a self-adhesive backing – just peel and stick.

• Instructions for removing the existing labels from your bottles are included with each order (we wouldn’t leave you hanging!).

No way! Yes, Hawaii is an exoctic islan but did you know Honolulu is a major metropolitan hub we can move our mail on and off the island lightning quick? Flights come in and out of our island 24/7 so our USPS First Class transit time is typically about 3-6 business days once shipped*.

The only thing we can't do is overnight labels to you. We wish we could and maybe it's possible at some point in the future, but our Express shipments will always limited to 2 day and Priority orders at 3 days (a note about priority - it's not guaranteed but we don't usually have an issue).

*Please note shipping times are estimates only. When things are running smooth at the USPS we're good but they're also know to have been known to have hiccups at times.

If for any reason your labels are damaged in transit from us to you, we are happy to send you a new set. We trust the USPS for the most part, but we understand that things happen.

Label with Love is not responsible if your label rips or wrinkles during the application or removal process, or if the adhesive is compromised once removed from it's backing. While our labels are very durable, we do recommend that you take great care when placing them on your bottle. If, for any reason, you receive labels that do not reflect your information provided with your order, please let us know and we will ship new labels to you. This is an extremely rare occurrence and we try our very best to operate with 100% perfection, but mistakes can and do happen and we are happy to correct any errors on our end right away.

We are not responsible for spelling errors provided to us. We will copy information as provided, so it's important to review all details or your order and provide any changes to us asap.

PRINTED COLORS
We try our best to ensure our printed colors match what you see on your screen (or as close as possible). Please note, every monitor or phone is a little different, so there may be a discrepancy between your printed product and the item shown on your screen. We do not offer refunds if your colors are not identical your screen.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR "FAUX FOIL" and "FAUX GLITTER"
Because the labels are designed to get wet, we use a printed glitter/sparkle effect in this design only. The ink is does not include metallic flecks. Also, we typically do not recommend using the Faux Glitter for small text.

Items came exactly how I wanted them, and perfectly crisp in the mail! Highly recommend. They stuck on perfectly and even was able to reposition one that I screwed up lining up straight on the bottle. I do advise soaking off the wine labels first then placing the labels on.
