PDF file only . You can make this shawl in any weight yarn. Make as many pattern repeats as you like to make it your desired size. The finished measurements of the sample in the picture are about 61 inches inches wide, 27 inches long at mid point. And 180 inches around the ruffle bottom. The example in the picture was made with 3 skeins of Red Heart Super Saver. a worsted weight 10 ply yarn with 8 wpi. and 365 yards per skein. My e mail is on the pattern if you need help .

I worked on this shawl when my boyfriend first moved away and it was a great way to channel my energy into something!! I misread the pattern a bit so first learning was kind of hard, but once I reread it a few times it was super easy!! It takes a while to build up, especially the forehead part but it's a nice repetitive pattern!!

Okay…..I admit I had to frog my work quite a bit, but that is probably a ME issue. When I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and I could see the shawl forming I was delighted. I wore it to a Renn faire. My “theme” was the “apothecary poisoner”. So it was perfect. I got a lot of complements. I would definitely purchase other patterns.
