Great ebook with ingenious instructions for doll-sewing beginners like me! With my little "think knot" I got help from Joanna immediately, the video tutorial for the crochet wig was at least as helpful and the result can really be seen! The wonderful thing is that you can match the rag doll so wonderfully individually to the doll mama. In any case, my doll mama is completely in love with her baby. "Carly" (which is called different in our country, of course) won't be the only doll I make according to yayapan instructions. 😃 Thank you very much for this start with a successful experience!

Ganz tolles Ebook mit genialer Anleitung für PuppennähanfängerInnen wie mich! Bei meinem kleinen „Denkknoten“ bekam ich umgehend Hilfe von Joanna, das Videotutorial für die Häkelperücke war mindestens genauso hilfreich und das Ergebnis kann sich wirklich sehen lassen! Das wunderbare ist, dass man die Stoffpuppe so herrlich individuell auf die Puppenmama abstimmen kann. Meine Puppenmama ist jedenfalls ganz verliebt in ihr Baby. „Carly“ (die bei uns natürlich anders heißt) wird nicht die einzige Puppe bleiben, die ich nach yayapan-Anleitung herstelle. 😃 Vielen Dank für diesen Einstieg mit Erfolgserlebnis!

It is a good pattern and I love that it comes in different sizes. Pattern pieces came nicely together. The only thing I would improve a little bit is to add more steps (in some places I felt like it was not explained enough and not enough pictures to understand). But it's just a little wish and otherwise this pattern is very good.

This pattern is highly recommended. I have never sewn a doll before and I was in awe of this project. Joanna is always available to answer any questions you may have. Really great. I also used the eBook peony to create the face. If you don't want to sew peony, you can also use the "Create Face" extension. I bought both because I wanted to sew peony at some point anyway, but it would have been too big for my daughter. I'm glad I dared.

Dieses Schnittmuster ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ich habe noch nie eine Puppe genäht und bin mit großer Ehrfurcht an dieses Projekt gegangen. Joanna steht einem bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wirklich toll. Für die Erstellung des Gesicht habe ich zusätzlich das eBook peony verwendet. Wer peony nicht nähen möchte kann auch die Erweiterung zum Thema „Gesicht erstellen“ nutzen. Ich hatte direkt beide gekauft weil ich peony eh irgendwann mal nähen wollte, sie aber für meine Tochter zu groß gewesen wäre. Ich freu mich dass ich mich getraut habe.

Great DIY, great photos, its in another language so its not quite for beginners I feel. But LOTS of photos to use! I enjoyed it.
