How do I know which size to order?
The measurements of each collar & leash are shown in the product photos of each of our item listings. Measure your dog or cats neck circumference and then make comparisons with the size chart. As all the collars length are adjustable, we are pretty sure that they will fit. If you are still having trouble choosing your size, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you pick out the correct one.
How long does delivery take?
Below are our average shipping times to different locations.
Please be advised that it may take a longer due to unforeseen circumstances and also during heavy postal traffic seasons like Christmas, New Year Holidays & etc.

If I receive my collar and there is something wrong with it, what should I do?
First we sincerely apologise if you aren't happy with it. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.
We do check and test every item we make before sending them out, but very rarely we may miss something out, or something may have got damaged during the shipping process.
Let us know what is the problem with it and we will do our absolute best to fix it for you :)
Will I have tracking information for my order?
Sure, we send via traceable service only, we will send the tracking number together with the tracking website on the order page. Please allow 2-4 days for the first tracking information to update.
If for some reason the tracking information has not been updated after a few days, please contact us and we will check with the courier service for you.
How do I let you know the personalization I want on the collar?
All our items are personalizable and if you have any custom requests please advise in the personalization box, order note box or message us when the order placed, we will follow your instructions.
Can I personalize the collar in another language?
Yes. They can be personalized in any language. We will follow the characters exactly as you have instructed us.
Will there be any import tax or extra charges for internatinal orders?
Please don't worry, all taxes and charges will be repaied and there will be no extra charge on your end.
