Reliance on the information, recommendations, or suggestions provided in the Guide.
Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the Guide.
Any personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from the use of the information or recommendations in the Guide.
Any disputes or issues arising between the user and third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other entities mentioned in the Guide.
Any violations of applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions by the user.

This indemnity clause shall survive the termination of the user's access to the Guide and the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations.
